Website: www.taylorednourish.co.uk                                                                                                                                                       General                                                                                                                                                                                                       These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Taylored Nourish via our website, social media, or in person within the United Kingdom.                                                                                                                                                       Products & Ingredients                                                                                                                                                                            All products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur and are normal. While every effort is made to ensure product descriptions and ingredient listings are accurate, Taylored Nourish does not make medical, health, or therapeutic claims regarding its products.  Products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.                                               Allergen & Cross-Contamination                                                                                                                                                    Some products contain seed, nut, or plant-derived oils. While every care is taken in sourcing and handling ingredients, Taylored Nourish cannot guarantee that products will not come into contact with other allergens during storage or preparation.  Customers with known allergies or sensitivities must review ingredient lists carefully, exercise caution, and always patch test before full use.                                                                                                                    Storage & Expiry                                                                                                                                                                                       All products are made without synthetic preservatives and are naturally perishable. Products must be stored in a cool, dry place away from water, moisture, and direct sunlight.  Products must not be used past the indicated expiry date.  Taylored Nourish cannot accept liability for products that have been incorrectly stored or used beyond their expiry date.                                                                                                                                                                                                   Orders, Payment & Delivery                                                                                                                                                             Orders may be placed via our website or in person at events.  Payments are processed securely through third-party providers including Stripe and, where available, Klarna. Taylored Nourish does not store card payment details. Postage options include Royal Mail 24-hour and 48-hour tracked services. Free postage is available on orders over £40 within the UK.  Taylored Nourish is not responsible for postal delays once orders have been dispatched.  Where Local Collection is selected, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Risk in the products transfers to the customer upon collection. For online orders collected in person, the 14-day cancellation period begins from the date of collection.                                                                                                                                                                                                  Returns & Refunds                                                                                                                                                                             Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have 14 days from receipt (or collection) to request a return. Due to the hygiene nature of handmade wellness products:  Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.  Products that are opened, used, partially used, damaged, or altered will not be refunded.  Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.  If a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, Taylored Nourish will cover reasonable return postage costs and issue a refund once the item has been received and inspected.  Refunds are processed only after returned goods have been received and inspected to ensure they meet the above conditions.                                   Product Safety & CPSR Compliance                                                                                                                                             Where required under UK Cosmetic Regulations, Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR) are held and maintained. Products must be used in accordance with provided instructions and label guidance.  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot legally be excluded under UK law.                                                                                                                                                                        Limitation of Liability                                                                                                                                                                               To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylored Nourish shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of its products.  Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their individual needs prior to use.                                                                                                                                                    Intellectual Property                                                                                                                                                                                All images, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and website content are the property of Taylored Nourish.  No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.                                               Governing Law                                                                                                                                                                                       These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
